Synopsis :
Do we control our destiny, or do unseen forces manipulate us? Matt Damon stars in the thriller The Adjustment Bureau as a man who glimpses the future Fate has planned for him and realizes he wants something else. To get it, he must pursue the only woman he's ever loved across, under and through the streets of modern-day New York. On the brink of winning a seat in the U.S. Senate, ambitious politician David Norris (Damon) meets beautiful contemporary ballet dancer Elise Sellas (Emily Blunt)-a woman like none he's ever known. But just as he realizes he's falling for her, mysterious men conspire to keep the two apart. David learns he is up against the agents of Fate itself-the men of The Adjustment Bureau-who will do everything in their considerable power to prevent David and Elise from being together. In the face of overwhelming odds, he must either let her go and accept a predetermined path...
Synopsis :
Valerie (Seyfried) is a beautiful young woman torn between two men. She is in love with a brooding outsider, Peter (Fernandez), but her parents have arranged for her to marry the wealthy Henry (Irons). Unwilling to lose each other, Valerie and Peter are planning to run away together when they learn that Valerie's older sister has been killed by the werewolf that prowls the dark forest surrounding their village. For years, the people have maintained an uneasy truce with the beast, offering the creature a monthly animal sacrifice. But under a blood red moon, the wolf has upped the stakes by taking a human life. Hungry for revenge, the people call on famed werewolf hunter, Father Solomon (Oldman), to help them kill the wolf. But Solomon's arrival brings unintended consequences as he warns that the wolf, who takes human form by day, could be any one of them. As the death toll rises with each moon...

Celine Dion - Through The Eyes of The World (Tour DVD 2010)
Posted by neeza 니자 | at 10:35:00 PM | 0 commentsCouple of weeks back, I'm a bit stressed ... So I decided to buy some dvd's .. I end up buying this dvd. Celine came to my country Malaysia but I was unable to attend her concert... Well at least I'm attending it through the comfort of my own home :) The best thing was it also includes a CD which I can listen to it everywhere whether in the car, at the office etc...
I enjoyed the concert very much. Celine sings her Hits, The Power Of Love, I Drove All Night, To Love You More, Because You Loved Me, Its All Coming Back To Me Now, Por Que Tu M'aimes Encore and of course My Heart Will Go On as well as all her other great hits. Celine belts All By Myself and wowed audiences with the Soul medley!
Celine also sings her newest songs, Taking Chances, Eyes On Me, Fade Away, Shadow of love and wows fans with a song close to her heart, My Love, as well as the great power ballad Alone.
Here are some of the songs .. Enjoy :)
All By Myself
Eyes On Me
My Heart Will Go On
Katy Perry - Firework
Posted by neeza 니자 | at 9:47:00 PM | 0 commentsI loveeeeee this song .. and the lyrics speaks for itself ... enjoy :)
Firework - Katy Perry
Do you ever feel like a plastic bag
Drifting through the wind
Wanting to start again
Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin
Like a house of cards
One blow from caving in
Do you ever feel already buried deep
Six feet under scream
But no one seems to hear a thing
Do you know that tehre's still a chance for you
Cause there's a spark in you
You just gotta ignite the light
And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July
Cause baby you're a firework
Come on show 'em what your worth
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
As you shoot across the sky-y-y
Baby you're a firework
Come on let your colors burst
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
You're gunna leave 'em fallin' down-own-own
You don't have to feel like a waste of space
You're original, cannot be replaced
If you only knew what the future holds
After a hurricane comes a rainbow
Maybe you're reason why all the doors are closed
So you can open one that leads you to the perfect road
Like a lightning bolt, your heart will blow
And when it's time, you'll know
You just gotta ignite the light
And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July
Cause baby you're a firework
Come on show 'em what your worth
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
As you shoot across the sky-y-y
Baby you're a firework
Come on slet your colors burst
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
You're gunna leave 'em fallin' down-own-own
Boom, boom, boom
Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon
It's always been inside of you, you, you
And now it's time to let it through
Cause baby you're a firework
Come on show 'em what your worth
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
As you shoot across the sky-y-y
Baby you're a firework
Come on slet your colors burst
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
You're gunna leave 'em goin "Oh, oh, oh!"
Boom, boom, boom
Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon
Boom, boom, boom
Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon
83rd Academy Awards
Posted by neeza 니자 | at 6:11:00 PM | 0 commentsYessssss .... finally the Oscars gets it right .... I'm so happy with the result ...
What can I say ... the night went on very smoothly and some of the early predictions came true. It was also filled with some interesting choices of colour for dresses on this auspicious night eg. purple, lavender, brown, red to name a few ...
Here are my top 5 best dress of the night ...
I'm maybe a little bit bias because I love purple :)
No. 5
Scarlett Johansson looked stunning with kinda maroon + purple Dolce and Gabbana dress that very much shows her beautiful silhouette yet still looked elegant.
No. 4
Mandy Moore looked so beautiful with this simple, yet sophisticated nude colour Monique Lhuillier dress. I would prefer she did something else with her hairstyle to suit the dress rather than wrap it up into a bun.
No. 3
A very pregnant Natalie Portman wore Rodarte's Violet Silk Chiffon Draped Gown. A very wise choice and I love love love this colour on her and she looked practically glowing that night.
No. 2
No. 1
Hailee Steinfield, Best Supporting Actress Nominee wore pretty cream Marchesa cinderella gown. She's my pick for Best Dress because she looked stylish, yet elegant with this dress and it's perfectly appropriate for this 14- year old uprising actor.
Other best dresses that night
My heartiest congratulations to Colin Firth because he truly deserve to win the Best Actor. His potrayal as King George (the stutter King) really was amazing and I have so much respect to him. Also to Tom Hooper for winning the Best Director and the Best Picture goes out to The King's Speech as well. Despite the Oscar's recognition for this movie, I know that if this film would be screening here in my country many wouldn't go and watch it but I do believe this is brilliant movie I've watched in years.
